Trainee Events Manager
Senior Event Manager (Farm Division) – Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum – Including 6% company pension, private medical insurance, and a bonus scheme
Role Overview
Join our dynamic marketing team as an Event Manager! Reporting directly to the Divisional Director, you’ll help elevate the Farm Division’s brand profile by managing major agricultural shows and events across the UK.
Responsibilities

Logistics & Production:
- Transporting and erecting UK-wide marquees at key agriculture shows and events
- Co-ordinating farming divisions at top agricultural events across the UK

Operations & Relationships:
- Building partnerships with agricultural show societies, breed societies and farmer groups
- Preparing marketing materials in line with brand guidelines
- Overseeing storage, maintenance, and upkeep of show equipment
- Booking accommodation and ensuring all stands are pristine

Planning & Reporting:
- Developing and executing detailed event plans, including budgets, timelines, and equipment requests
- Preparing quarterly activity plans, weekly show reports, and market analysis
- Conducting in-market analysis and sharing innovative ideas

Travel & Cultural Fit:
- Willing to work outside typical hours and travel across the UK for events
- Passionate about agriculture and marketing, with a commitment to driving inclusivity

About You
- Essentials:
- UK driving licence (HGV qualification or willingness to qualify is a strong advantage)
- Creative thinker with strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Superior organisation and execution abilities
