Role Overview
Trainee Technicians – Starting Your Journey
For those without prior technical experience but with the right attitude.
- We recruit trainees from diverse backgrounds (retail, hospitality, beauty, delivery driving, etc.).
- We’ll train you from scratch, giving you hands-on experience with state-of-the-art tools and equipment.
- Starting salary: £28,555
Experienced Technicians – Take the Next Step
For those with prior experience fitting vehicle glass.
- Competitive salary (£32,693.30 + bonus potential).

Key Responsibilities
- Serve customers with genuine care, ensuring high standards of service in glass fitting/repair.
- Work independently or in teams, with no two days the same—our roles are adaptable to individual strengths.
- Maintain a dynamic work schedule (weekends included), delivering solutions to customers’ needs.
- Utilise industry-leading tools and methods to confidently repair/replace vehicle glass.
Training & Development
As an Institute of Motor Industry (IMI) accredited employer, we invest in your future:
- Fully-funded training programme for trainee technicians.
- IMI-recognised Technician qualifications.
- Ongoing development in technical skills and sales opportunities (e.g., fitting/replacing electronic wipers).
Requirements
- Be a genuine people person with a passion for customer service.
- Be self-motivated and customer-focused.
- Hold a current, full UK manual driving licence.
- Have a valid work right in the UK.
- Be ready to adapt to our flexible working hours and rota system.
Weekly Schedule:
- Mon–Sat shifts: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM (advanced notice provided).
- Typically 40 hours per week, on an annualised contract.
