Role: Trainee & Experienced Technicians
Key Details
- Weekly hours: Annualised (Mon-Sat, shifts 7.30 am – 6.00 pm – rota provided)
- Hours: ~40 per week
- Start dates: August 2026
- Entry requirement: Full UK Manual Car Driving Licence (required)
- Industry: Mobile vehicle glass repair/replacement

We’re looking for people who understand customer care and have a hands-on curiosity—whether you’ve worked in retail, hospitality, delivery, or any other field. With on-the-job training, state-of-the-art equipment, and a structured programme, you’ll gain field-ready technical skills in glass fitting, repair, and more.
⭐ Starting salary: £28,555 An excellent gateway into the industry with support every step of the way.

What a Day Looks Like
There’s no "typical day"— Fluidity is the name of the game! You’ll likely be: 🚗 Working on-site at customer homes/businesses, outfitted with autonomous planning tools ✅ Dealing with emergencies and routine repairs, often to tight deadlines 💡 Problem-solver focused on achieving perfect fit results safely & efficiently
