Role Overview
Join Autoglass® & Laddaw® as either a Trainee or Experienced Technician—whether you're starting fresh or looking to advance your vehicle glass career.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality repairs and replacements for vehicle glass
- Work independently on-site (at customers’ locations or company centres)
- Use cutting-edge technology and industry-leading tools
- Solve problems with care, skill, and problem-solving focus
- Provide exceptional service to meet customer expectations

Trainee Technicians (Entry-Level)
No prior experience needed—just the right attitude and passion! Ideal for those coming from diverse backgrounds (e.g., retail, hospitality, driving, or customer-facing roles).
- You enjoy working with people
- You’re hands-on and willing to learn
- You have a full UK manual driving licence
- You’ve proven right to work in the UK
Starting: £28,555 per year
Experienced Technicians (Career Trajectory)
If you’re already a vehicle glass fitter, bring your expertise to an industry-leading brand offering growth opportunities and higher earnings.
Salary range: up to £32,693.30 + potential bonus
What You’ll Experience
Daily Work
- Dynamic, varied role with no two days the same
- Flexible rotas (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Mon-Sat) with coverage in teams
- A mix of customer interactions and hands-on work
- Working across all car makes with mobile or centre-based options
Development & Training
- IMI-accredited training programmes
- Qualifications leading to nationally recognised Technician status
- Ongoing support in expanding your skills (including installing value-added products like wipers)
