Associate Wealth Manager - Pathway to Advice
Location: London
Salary: £29,000 - £33,000 (dependent on exams) + bonus

We're supporting a highly regarded and fast-growing Wealth Management firm in central London that is looking to appoint an Associate Wealth Manager as part of its structured adviser development programme.
Managing over £1bn of client assets, the business has built an outstanding reputation for developing future advisers, offering genuine mentoring, technical exposure and a clear route towards becoming a Chartered Financial Planner.
The Opportunity
Working alongside experienced Wealth Managers, you'll become involved in every stage of the client journey, attending meetings, supporting technical planning and building the knowledge and experience needed to progress into an advisory role.
With a structured development programme expected to take around 18 months, this is an ideal opportunity for someone who has already started their professional exams and is committed to a long-term career in financial planning.

You'll be involved in:
- Attending client meetings alongside Wealth Managers
- Managing client servicing and follow-up actions
- Preparing technical calculations, cashflow models and planning reports
- Conducting investment research and analysis
- Responding to client queries
- Identifying opportunities within existing client relationships
- Supporting advisers throughout the end-to-end planning process
This opportunity would suit a qualified or part-qualified individual with a genuine ambition to become a Financial Adviser, looking to join a firm that can offer excellent mentoring, career progression and long-term development.
About You
- Experience within a wealth management / financial planning environment
- Minimum of 2 RO exams (or equivalent)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Confident communicator with a professional approach
- Motivated, proactive, and keen to progress into an advisory role
