Opportunity

This is a fantastic opportunity for Diploma-qualified individuals currently working in roles such as Paraplanning, Client Management, or Mortgage Advice who are looking to take the next step into a Financial Planner position.

You will begin in a supported, desk-based advisory role, working with an established client bank and gaining hands-on experience delivering advice, building relationships, and developing towards full Financial Planner status.

We offer a structured development pathway, with clear progression through to full advisory and beyond, supported by experienced leadership and a highly collaborative environment.

  • Structured progression from trainee/advisory support into full Financial Planner roles
  • Exposure to real client relationships from the outset
  • Ongoing training, mentoring, and support from experienced advisers

Responsibilities

  • Deliver financial planning advice to an existing portfolio of clients (typically up to £250k in investable assets)
  • Conduct client reviews and ongoing servicing conversations
  • Support the conversion of existing clients onto ongoing service propositions
  • Build relationships and identify additional client needs across wealth planning areas
  • Generate advice income and contribute to revenue targets
  • Collaborate with internal teams across the wider Titan group to identify opportunities
  • Ensure all advice is compliant with FCA regulations and internal processes
  • Maintain accurate and high-quality client documentation and reporting
  • Continue developing technical knowledge and industry expertise

Who We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for individuals who:

  • Hold the Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (Level 4 or equivalent) (essential)
  • Have experience within financial services (e.g. paraplanning, client support, account management, mortgage advice)
  • Are looking to transition into a client-facing financial planning role
  • Have strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Are motivated by long-term career progression within financial planning
  • Have a proactive mindset and strong attention to detail
  • Are comfortable working in a target-driven, client-focused environment

Desirable:

  • Cashflow modelling experience
  • Ambition to progress towards Chartered status
