Geography Graduate | Cambridge | September

This Geography Graduate opportunity in Cambridge provides an exceptional pathway into education. This Geography Graduate role has been designed for ambitious graduates who are serious about inspiring young people and exploring a long-term career in education. Working across KS3 and KS4, you'll support classroom learning, deliver targeted interventions and help pupils prepare for GCSE examinations, all while learning from outstanding practitioners.
The school has developed a reputation for investing heavily in graduate development, with many previous graduates progressing onto salaried teacher training and PGCE programmes after successfully completing the academic year.

Full Academic Year | £500–£550 per week

Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting pupils during Geography lessons across KS3 and KS4
- Delivering targeted intervention sessions for pupils requiring additional academic support
- Helping prepare engaging classroom resources and revision materials
- Encouraging curiosity around environmental, physical, and human geography
- Monitoring pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff
- Promoting high standards of behaviour and classroom engagement

The successful Geography Graduate will:
- Hold A-Levels (or equivalent qualifications) and a BA degree in Geography
- Have an excellent academic background and genuine passion for Geography
- Aspire towards a career in secondary teaching
- Demonstrate confidence, professionalism, and strong communication skills
- Be committed to making a lasting difference to pupils' education
