Key Responsibilities
- Research and identify high-calibre professionals across target markets
- Build talent maps and identify candidates within relevant organisations
- Proactively engage prospective candidates by telephone and through professional networking
- Conduct initial candidate screening interviews and assess suitability for assignments
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with candidates throughout their careers
- Support executive search projects through market research, data gathering and competitor analysis
- Manage assignment administration, candidate records and database updates with exceptional accuracy
About You
The successful candidate will be:
- A graduate with a strong bachelor's degree
- Naturally curious, proactive and eager to learn
- An excellent communicator with confidence speaking to senior professionals
- Organised, methodical and highly detail-oriented
- Relationship-focused, with the ability to build trust and credibility
- Self-motivated with resilience, drive and determination to succeed
- Professional, discreet and able to handle confidential information with complete integrity
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Eligible to work in the UK
- A second European language would be advantageous but is not essential

Experience
Previous experience is not essential. Applications are welcomed from graduates who demonstrate strong academic achievement, commercial awareness and a genuine interest in executive search, recruitment, financial services or professional services.
Experience in recruitment, sales, customer-facing roles, internships or financial services would be beneficial but is not required.
