Role Overview: Assistant Hire Controller

About The Role

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-class customer service.
  • Prepare hire contracts, quotations, and other necessary correspondence through the MCS-RM system.
  • Handle enquiries and source new business.
  • Record enquiries and their sources.
  • Follow up on quotations and enquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Perform any other relevant tasks as required by your line manager.
  • Comply with all company policies and procedures, including adherence to all Health & Safety policies.
  • Be aware of company KPI targets for the depot and assist in achieving and exceeding them.
