Trainee Hire Driver Fitter – Newbury

Our Hire Driver Fitters play a vital role in the smooth, safe, and efficient delivery, collection, and distribution of hire equipment to customers. Based in one of our branches, you’ll work within a hardworking, team-focused environment where collaboration ensures exceptional service and precision in every task.


Responsibilities

As a Trainee Hire Driver Fitter, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Regular inspection of vehicles and equipment to ensure safety, functionality, and correct maintenance records
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organised workshop while caring for branch hire stock
  • Efficiently transporting equipment for deliveries, collections, and logistics, prioritising safety and efficiency
  • Providing customers with friendly, professional support while upholding our service standards
  • Assisting with stock checks, workshop tasks, and any additional team needs
