As a trusted point of contact, you'll have the opportunity to build strong relationships within the community, deliver exceptional customer service in both Punjabi, Urdu and English, and make a real difference by helping clients protect what matters most to them.

Key Objectives & Responsibilities
As part of your apprenticeship, you will:
- Offer and present insurance solutions for both renewals and new business
- Foster team performance through regular communication and problem-solving
- Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities to enhance client coverage
- Achieve or exceed agreed volumes of quotes, sales, and income from various marketing sources
- Understand client business operations, risks, and approach to risk management
- Ensure compliance with local procedures, customer service standards, and FCA regulations
