We're looking for a Trainee / Junior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing Engineering Division. You'll start by supporting our delivery function, working closely with experienced consultants to source and place engineering professionals across some of the UK's most exciting manufacturing, aerospace, defence, and technology businesses.
This isn’t just a job filling vacancies. It’s the start of a career where you’ll learn how to build relationships, become an expert in your market, and eventually develop and manage your own client portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Identifying and engaging high-quality engineering talent
- Building relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
- Managing interviews, feedback, and offer negotiations
- Learning how recruitment businesses operate from the ground up
- Working alongside experienced consultants and leaders who will mentor your development
- Progressing into a full 360 Recruitment Consultant role, where you’ll build your own desk and client base
