Ashley Kate HR & Finance are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded professional services firm that is known for its supportive culture, investment in people, and commitment to employee wellbeing. Due to an upcoming internal move within the team, they are looking to recruit a Trainee Legal Cashier to join their Finance Department in Wakefield.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the start of their career or looking to transfer existing administration, finance, customer service, or office-based skills into a specialist finance role. Full training will be provided, with the opportunity to develop into a fully-fledged Legal Cashier.

Working alongside an experienced team of Legal Cashiers, you'll learn all aspects of legal finance and gain valuable hands-on experience within a supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities Will Include
Processing incoming and outgoing payments
Posting transactions to client and office accounts
Completing daily bank reconciliations
Assisting with financial record keeping
Responding to queries from colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders
Supporting the wider finance team with administrative tasks
Learning legal cashiering processes and regulatory requirements
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has previous experience as a Legal Cashier
Has a positive attitude and a willingness to learn
Is organised with excellent attention to detail
