- Monday–Thursday: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:45 AM – 5:30 PM
- Alternate Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Essential:
- Full UK Driving Licence required
- Own transport (required)

Job Summary
We’re seeking a driven, ambitious, and customer-focused trainee with a passion for a long-term career in estate agency.
Key Responsibilities: You will:
- Fully train at our in-house academy
- Achieve personal and branch sales targets
- Identify and maximise business opportunities
- Book viewings, register applicants, and negotiate tenancies
- Deliver outstanding customer service (over the phone/in-person)
- Represent the company professionally
- Build strong internal & external client relationships

Responsibilities
Core Duties:
- Meeting and exceeding targets (critical for progression)
- Negotiating tenancies – delivering great results
- Managing viewings, applications, and property portfolios
- Upholding company standards of service excellence
- Work as a self-starter, focusing on self-development
- Adapt to change and respond proactively
