Trainee Lettings Consultant

Location: Bromsgrove Brand: LRG Salary: up to £28,000 OTE (On Target Earnings) Hours: Monday to Friday (8:45am – 5:30pm), 1 in 3 Saturdays (9am – 1pm)

Key Responsibilities (Duties Include):

  • Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
  • Booking and conducting property viewings
  • Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
  • Delivering outstanding customer service over the phone and face-to-face
  • Meeting personal and branch sales targets
  • Acting as an ambassador for LRG—representing the company professionally
  • Building strong internal and external relationships

Requirements

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

✔ Strong background in sales and customer service ✔ Strong telephone manner with a positive attitude ✔ Tenacity, initiative, and drive to succeed ✔ Ability to build and nurture trust at all levels ✔ Willingness to adapt to change responsively ✔ Full UK driving license
