Trainee Lettings Consultant
Location: Lower Earley
Brand: Romans
Salary: up to £28,255 OTE
Hours:
- Monday to Thursday: 8:45am to 6pm
- Friday: 8:45am to 5:30pm
- 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am to 1pm)

Key Responsibilities
- Identifying new business opportunities and registering new applicants
- Booking and carrying out property viewings
- Negotiating and agreeing tenancies
- Delivering exceptional customer service (phone and face-to-face)
- Achieving personal and branch sales targets
- Representing the company in a professional manner
- Building strong internal and external relationships
Requirements
- Experience in sales and customer service
- Good telephone manner and a positive attitude
- Tenacity, self-starter, and drive to succeed
- Ability to build and nurture trusted relationships
- Willingness to respond to change
- Full UK driving license
