Key Benefits

- £28,000 OTE per year
- Uncapped commission
- Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Training Programme
Your journey begins with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre, including:
- Purpose-built training location
- Industry-leading sessions (one-to-one and group learning)
- Daily mentorship from experienced specialists
- Fully-paid hotel stay in Colchester*
- All meals provided (breakfast, lunch, and dinner included)
Key Responsibilities
As a Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents, you’ll ensure we deliver the best experience for Landlords and Tenants. Your core duties include:
- Marketing properties to tenants
- Conducting and arranging viewings
- Negotiating offers and agreeing tenancies
- Generating leads via canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet drops
- Building strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
- Ongoing training and support through a dedicated mentor
