Overview

Join our energetic and ambitious team at haart Estate Agent in Streatham, one of South London's busiest rental markets, where hard work and determination are rewarded. With full training provided through the Spicerhaart Training Academy, you will gain the skills, knowledge, and confidence needed to build a successful career in lettings. Your day-to-day will include arranging and attending property viewings, speaking with landlords and tenants, generating new business opportunities, negotiating lets, and delivering outstanding customer service. With uncapped commission and clear career progression available for driven individuals, this is the perfect opportunity for someone motivated to grow and succeed within a fast-paced property environment.

As a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Streatham, you will receive:

  • £28000 OTE per year
  • Uncapped commission
  • Company Car (Full UK Driving Licence required*)
  • Full-time working hours: 8:30am to 6pm four weekdays per week, and 9am to 5pm every Saturday

Your journey as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator will begin with two weeks at the Spicerhaart Learning & Development Centre:

  • Purpose-built training location
  • Industry-leading training delivered through one-to-one and group sessions
  • Day-to-day learning led by our industry experts
  • Fully-paid hotel stay for the duration of your training at our Learning & Development Centre in Colchester*
  • Breakfast, lunch and an evening meal provided during your stay*

How you will make an impact as a Trainee Lettings Negotiator at haart Estate Agents in Streatham:

  • Market properties to potential tenants
  • Arrange and conduct property viewings
  • Negotiate offers
  • Agree new tenancies
  • Generating new leads through canvassing, door knocking, and leaflet dropping
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords and Tenants
  • Continue your training and development, with close support from your mentor
