The Role: Technical Transferable Skills Programme (Mechanical/Electrical Engineer Apprentice)
We’re seeking Mechanical or Electrical Engineering professionals with limited industry experience to join our Brighton, Chichester, or Worthing teams—or those broadly aligned disciplines—to begin a structured, supportive, and rewarding career.
Under this 2-year Transferable Skills Programme, you’ll:
- Become proficient under the guidance of senior Lift/Technical Engineers.
- Transition to NVQ level 3 (Installation or Maintenance of Lifts).
- Acquire the expertise to specialise as an independent Lift Engineer.
What We’re Looking For
- Education or recent work experience demonstrating a Mechanical/Electrical background (preferred with:)
- Level 2 Foundation Course in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
- Level 2 Performing Engineering Operations
- BTEC Level 3 Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering
- Attention to safety: Strict adherence to safety protocols
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop skills
- Clean UK driving licence (mandatory)
