Your Role

As a Trainee Manager, you will learn and develop the skills needed to lead a successful team and deliver exceptional client experiences. Your responsibilities will include:

Learning People Management Skills Shadow experienced managers and participate in coaching sessions. Develop the ability to motivate and support a team. Sales Floor Support Assist in ensuring processes are followed and client needs are met. Learn how to manage daily operations effectively. Sales Development Build strong personal sales skills through a consultative approach. Gain experience in upselling and cross-selling luxury products.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

Previous retail or customer service experience (luxury goods or jewellery preferred). Passion for jewellery, gemstones, and precious metals (JET qualification advantageous but not essential). Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and connect with clients. Strong desire to learn and progress into management. Flexibility with regard to working hours.
