This is a full-time, on-site Trainee Marketing Department role based in Sheffield. The trainee will support the marketing team in day-to-day activities such as:
- Creating digital & print content
- Maintaining and developing websites
- Product packaging
- Point of sale
- Coordination of events and trade shows
- Application video creation
- Social media
The role will also involve liaising with internal teams, including sales and customer service, to ensure consistent communication and brand messaging. The position offers the opportunity to learn marketing best practices, gain exposure to the construction tools sector, and develop professionally within a collaborative environment.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with internal teams and external partners.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development.
- Basic understanding of Sales and marketing principles within a B2B or industrial context.
- Good organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail.
- Some proficiency with Adobe suite marketing software (e.g., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is important and also with common office software (e.g., MS Office).
- Interest in marketing, construction, or industrial products; prior internship or academic projects in marketing are an advantage.
- Relevant education or training in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
