About the Role
The Just Mortgages Academy is an unparalleled opportunity to start your career in financial services without needing the CeMAP qualification. Gain practical experience, expert training, and join one of the UK’s fastest-growing mortgage and protection advisory teams.

Availability
Must be available for up to 6 weeks from 17th August 2026.
Benefits
- Basic starting salary: £22,000 per year
- On-target earnings: £35,000–£40,000 in your first year
- £3,000 car allowance
- £500 monthly training payment for the first 6 months
- Fully uncapped commission scheme

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A passion for finance and the financial sector
- A keen interest in mortgage advice and protection
- Sales or financial sector experience (highly desirable but not essential)
- Exceptional customer service skills (essential)
- Ability to engage and advise clients persuasively
- A strong work ethic and willingness to succeed

Additional Requirements for Recruitment
To proceed with interviews, we need the following:
Legal & Driving Document Verification
You must:
- Hold a full UK driving licence
- Have legal right to live and work in the UK (per Home Office rules)
- Provide right-to-work evidence in the form of:
- A UK passport OR birth certificate
- Provide:
- Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement)
- National Insurance number
- Driving licence check for verification
