Job Title: Trainee Mortgage Advisor Location: Sale (Manchester) Salary: £25,000 + Commission (OTE £35k+) Job Type: Full-time, Permanent Hours: Monday to Friday

Full training provided and support towards gaining your CeMAP qualification! We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Mortgage Advisors. The successful candidates will be responsible, but not limited to: Responsibilities: · Pre-qualification of enquiries with the objective of converting into full mortgage appointments. · Maintaining strong business levels for qualified advisors. · Meeting expected Team / Company KPIs. · Understanding and implementation of compliance requirements.

Expectations: · Demonstrate a proven track record of hitting targets and KPIs. · Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work under pressure. · Able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. · Excellent attention to detail and pro-active thought process. As a Trainee you will: · Learn to provide tailored Mortgage and Secured Loan advice to clients. · Stay up to date with the latest mortgage products and industry regulations. · Work closely with experienced advisors.
