Connells Group is looking for a Trainee Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join our successful team in our William H Brown Rotherham’s branch.
This is an exciting opportunity for a driven sales professional looking to build a long-term career in financial services. No mortgage experience is required, but you must have a strong background in sales and a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
With industry-leading training, ongoing support and a clear career pathway, you'll develop the knowledge, skills and professional qualifications needed to become a successful Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Key Responsibilities
- Build strong relationships with customers and Estate Agency colleagues.
- Generate new business and maximise referral opportunities.
- Develop an understanding of mortgage and protection products through structured training.
- Support customers throughout their home-buying journey.
- Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets.
- Progress towards becoming a fully qualified Mortgage & Protection Advisor.

Skills & Experience
- Proven sales experience with a strong track record of achieving targets.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated, ambitious and career-focused.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional approach.
- Organised, resilient and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
