Mortgage Matters - Cubitt & West
The Package:
Start Date: ASAP
Basic Salary: £27,000
Car Allowance: £2,500
Essential: A full driving license and your own car
Realistic Earnings (including commission): £55,000
Location: Reigate
Work Pattern: 5 days per week, 2 Saturdays off per month
This role is initially to cover maternity leave, with the potential to move into a permanent position as our team continues to grow

What You'll Do:
- Help clients find their perfect mortgage & protection advice
- Work proactively with estate agents to generate fresh leads
- Build strong relationships for repeat business
- Access the full market to tailor the best deals
- Collaborate with our team to ensure FCA compliance, upholding our values of honesty, trust, and integrity
- Enjoys working independently while being part of a wider team effort
