📍 Leicester 💰 Salary: £26,000 + OTE £35,000

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected housebuilder looking for a motivated Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor to join their team in Leicester.
The Role
As a Trainee New Homes Sales Advisor, you'll receive the training and support needed to build a successful career in new homes sales. You'll be responsible for welcoming customers, showcasing beautiful new homes, understanding buyers' needs, and guiding them through the purchasing journey from enquiry to reservation.

What We're Looking For
- Experience in Estate Agency, Retail, Car Sales, Hospitality, or another customer-facing sales environment.
- A confident communicator with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Target-driven with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
