Sage is hiring a Trainee Operations Manager for its Birmingham Mailbox office, starting at £25,000 with progression up to £45,000 between months 6 and 12 based on performance. No management experience needed. Full-time, permanent, Monday to Friday, on-site in the city centre.

What you will be doing
- Supporting daily planning and operational priorities
- Coordinating schedules, people and campaign activity
- Tracking team performance and flagging areas to improve
- Helping train and develop new starters
- Maintaining reporting standards and internal processes
- Preparing to take responsibility for a wider team
