Trainee Operative at our Traffic Management business Based out of our Clutton depot near Bristol

Job Role
As a Trainee Operative, your responsibilities include:
- Collaborating with both direct labour and sub-contract labour
- Meeting project targets and deadlines on time
- Operative roles in traffic light systems and plant (when properly trained and certificated)
- Additional aspects of traffic management, as needed

About You
Essential requirements with flexibility for alternative experience:
- Previous experience in highways, reactive maintenance, or related areas
- Strong communication skills and the ability to use initiative
- Enjoyment of working outdoors
- N.Ew.S.S certification: 12D (M1/2) and 12 (A/B)
