What We’re Looking For
The responsibilities for this role include:
- Welcoming customers and ensuring a friendly, helpful first impression
- Booking eye tests efficiently
- Pre-screening patients and assessing their needs
- Offering style advice, measuring frames, and assisting with fit
- Answering phone calls professionally and politely
