Responsibilities
In your role as a Trainee Optical Assistant, you’ll handle key duties including:
- Welcoming customers with warmth and professionalism
- Booking in eye tests
- Pre-screening patients for fit and suitability
- Offering style advice and guidance
- Measuring frames
- Managing customer phone enquiries efficiently
