About the Role
Our busy Specsavers store in Gloucester’s Eastgate Shopping Centre is more than just an eyewear retailer—it’s a thriving, customer-focused hub with:
- Seven test rooms catering to a diverse clientele
- Expert clinical services alongside stylish and affordable eyewear options

Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Welcoming and assisting customers efficiently
- Booking eye tests for incoming patients
- Pre-screening patients before consultation
- Providing frame style and fit advice
- Measuring and adjusting frames as needed
- Answering phone calls and handling customer inquiries professionally
