About Specsavers & The Role
Specsavers is a trusted name on every high street. We’re looking for a friendly, proactive people person to join our team as a Trainee Optical Assistant—someone who loves delivering amazing customer service and takes pride in our products and services.
Idéal if you have previous experience as an Optical Advisor or Dispensing Assistant, though no prior optical experience is required—we offer full training and support for the right candidate.
You’ll bring passion for our brand and exceptional customer service skills to create an outstanding working environment for our teams and customers alike.
Location
33-35 Market Square, Stonehaven, AB39 2BA – Our store is right on the coast, with beach walks on your lunch break. Highly accessible via bus/train, with nearby parking available.

What’s On Offer?
** roles Working Arrangement**
- Full-time (38 hours/week), 4 days on, 3 days off (including weekends)
- Negotiable salary of up to £12.91 per hour (higher for experienced candidates)
