Trading Standards / Optical Assistant (Trainee) Opportunities – Yeovil

Our Store – Yeovil
Specsavers Opticians & Audiologists – Yeovil is a modern eye care and hearing centre located in the heart of Yeovil on Middle Street. We provide comprehensive services such as:
- Eye examinations
- Contact lens fitting and service
- OCT eye health scans
- Children’s eye care
- Professional audiology, including:
- Hearing tests
- Hearing aid supply and adjustments

What We’re Looking For

Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Welcoming customers into the store with a friendly and efficient check-in process
- Booking customers in for eye tests and liaising with our clinical teams
- Conducting pre-screening for eye health and working with Opticians
- Providing expert guidance on frame styles and suitabilities
- Measuring customers for frames with precision
- Fielding and managing all customer phone enquiries with professionalism
