Trainee Paraplanner or IFA Administrator

We’re working with a growing and highly regarded Financial Planning firm in Bishops Stortford, looking to appoint a Trainee Paraplanner or IFA Administrator. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in financial services administration to develop their technical knowledge and progress their career.

You’ll work closely with 4 experienced Advisers, supporting the advice process through research, report preparation, and client servicing activities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the preparation of suitability reports and annual reviews
  • Conducting ad hoc research across pensions, investments, and protection
  • Assisting with client reviews and recommendations
  • Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
  • Working closely with Advisers and the wider support team
