Trainee Parts Advisor - Hyundai, Oxford

We're looking for an experienced Trainee Parts Advisor to join our Hyundai Dealership in Oxford.

What You'll Be Doing
- Communicating clearly with customers & colleagues.
- Use digital systems and processes
- Propose additional work advised through the Vehicle Health Check process.
- Create a seamless parts process
- Monitor Parts Stock Levels
- Order Parts
- Manage & Invoice Job Cards for New & Used Cars
- Chase Back Ordered Parts, ensure all relevant customer care cases are updated
- Assisting with day to day running and maintenance of the workshop
What We're Looking For
- You will need the right qualifications to start you on your learner journey, this is a minimum of GCSE (or equivalent) grades 9 - 4 (A - C) in English, Maths and one other subject.
- Be imaginative, like a challenge and problem solving
- Be a self-starter, creative, fresh thinker who is ready to represent the brand
- Able to create positive customer experiences from brilliant basics to the customer wow factor.
