Your role
Our People team at Saltgate are responsible for all employee life cycle activity for all jurisdictions.
Reporting to the People Partner, you will be responsible for the transactional administration of all employment life cycle matters, from recruitment onwards.
Your focus
- First point of contact for internal People queries, managing the email communication and allocations
- Responsible for all People administration, ensuring the data is accurate and processed in line with data protection legislation
- Produce all standard scheduled and requested People reports, using data from the HR Management System
- Generating standard correspondence and documentation relating to all aspects of employee lifecycle
- Updating and maintaining accurate data within People Management System
- Support with interview scheduling and government postings for new roles as required
- Coordinate all new joiner stages, working closely with the new joiner and People Partner navigating pre-employment screening, on-boarding arrangements and member enrolments for Saltgate benefits
- Manage People team checklists for all new joiners, change in terms and leaver processes.
