The Role
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll take responsibility for a dedicated geographical area, supporting customers with tailored pest solutions.

Core Responsibilities
- Inspect customer premises to identify pest risks and potential infestations
- Provide swift pest removal & sanitation
- Offer hygiene advice to help customers maintain pest-free environments
- Complete accurate post-visit reports for record-keeping
- Essential for continuous improvement & follow-up service
- Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (minimum 2+ years’ history, no more than 6 penalty points)
- GCSE Maths & English (or equivalent) at Grade C (4/above) recommended – advantageous but not always required
- Strong communication skills – you’ll liaise with customers in person
- Flexibility to adapt to shift patterns – supporting Rentokil’s business needs
- DBS check required depending on position – standard process
