What the Role Entails

As a Trainee Pest Technician, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Building strong customer relationships with global brands
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills with clients
  • Taking full responsibility for controlling and eliminating pests
  • Problem-solving with preventative solutions and proactive approaches
  • Reporting through the latest Apple technology
  • Self-managing working hours, stock, and tasks
  • A flexible yet accountable role where efficiency matters

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage your own workload through diary planning and route optimisation
  • Monitor own stock levels to ensure service delivery is met

  • Provide expert advisory support to clients

Remuneration & Benefits

Salary range: £26,200 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)

  • Additional £3,000 London Weighting Allowance if based in the M25 area
