What the Role Entails
As a Trainee Pest Technician, you’ll be responsible for:
- Building strong customer relationships with global brands
- Demonstrating excellent communication skills with clients
- Taking full responsibility for controlling and eliminating pests
- Problem-solving with preventative solutions and proactive approaches
- Reporting through the latest Apple technology
- Self-managing working hours, stock, and tasks
- A flexible yet accountable role where efficiency matters

Key Responsibilities
- Manage your own workload through diary planning and route optimisation
- Monitor own stock levels to ensure service delivery is met
- Deliver projective and reactive pest solutions with consistent quality
- Provide expert advisory support to clients
- Operate with professional independence while under team guidance

Remuneration & Benefits
Salary range: £26,200 – £30,000 (dependent on experience)
- Additional £3,000 London Weighting Allowance if based in the M25 area
