Job Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Production Team for a Trainee Production Controller to support the smooth and efficient production process. This dynamic role offers the opportunity to assisting in managing projects from start to finish, ensuring they progress through the business effectively and meet client expectations. Collaborating with internal teams and maintaining a proactive approach to learning on the job while problem-solving.

Responsibilities
- Assist the Production Team in understanding client expectations and job requirements.
- Support the coordination of operational production processes to maximise efficiency.
- Ensure that production jobs progress correctly, on time, and in accordance with quality standards.
- Assist in minimising production costs and timings by reducing material and time wastage.
- Communicate updates on job progress, potential issues, and solutions to relevant teams.
- Provide support in managing outsourced permanent POS production.
- Keep up to date with MIS systems, product materials, and technical process developments.
- Assist in accurate and timely invoicing processes.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for client work.
- Support Account Management or New Business teams in presentations, pitches, and client visits when needed.

Required Qualifications
- GCSE or equivalent English (Grade 4/C) Desired
- GCSE or equivalent Maths (Grade 4/C) Desired
