Description
Impact Recruitment are looking for two permanent trainee production operatives to work for a local business who offer great career development opportunities. This role requires No Experience, you just simply need a great attitude and the ability to drive to get to their site. This is a role that involves full training.
This is a night shift vacancy that involves training on a day shift for several months.
You will need access to your own transport as this company are based in a rural location.

Role: Trainee Production Operative
Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm for training & Monday to Friday 10pm - 6am once trained
Pay: £13.48 (Day shift) £17.53 (Night Shift once trained)
Location: Northampton (Rural location)
Daily Duties
- Operating and using manufacturing equipment
- Ensure all equipment is always kept clean
- Confirming paperwork making sure they are correct
- Working to strict procedures and processes
- Using raw materials to manufacture products
- Making sure completed jobs are quality checked
- Complete paperwork as required
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are followed

Skills And Knowledge Required
- Production or manufacturing experience is preferred but not essential
- Enthusiastic and keen to learn
- Excellent self-motivation
- Good IT skills and literacy
- Excellent Numeracy skills
- Must be able to drive to get to site
