Trainee Property Maintenance & Site Support Operative
Red Core FM is looking for a practical and motivated trainee to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a **long-term career in facilities management, property maintenance and site operations. The role is varied, hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, problem-solving and being part of a busy team.
We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong reliability and a genuine willingness to learn.
The Role
You will support our team across a range of:
- Facilities management projects
- Property maintenance work, mainly on client sites across London
- Site works
- Maintenance support
- Deliveries and removals
- Equipment handling
- Job preparation
- General operational support

When not on-site, you will assist our office team with basic operational tasks, helping to keep jobs organised and running smoothly.
