This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to work in a fast-paced office, lettings properties in Cheltenham, Gloucester and surrounding areas. The team pride themselves on offering the best service to their landlords and tenants, and they are looking for a team member who can continue to offer an exceptional service. We are looking to recruit someone that’s ambitious, self-motivated and passionate about overall customer service. You will be responsible for:
- Productivity, efficiency, and retention of clients.

Skills and experience required to be a successful Trainee Property Manager - Experience in property would be an advantage but is not essential, we are looking for someone who wants to accelerate their career Demonstrable Administration experience Proven experience working within a team Outstanding customer care/customer service experience Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented Excellent verbal and written communication skills IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems) General Roles & Responsibilities Company meetings Attend and be involved in company meetings. Attend and partake in Department Meetings (Both weekly & Monthly) Ensure companywide standards, processes and procedures are upheld. Maintain the Staff standards for appearance, attitudes, and behaviours Ensure you achieve/exceed your personal and company targets Follow and partake in training and development Perform to a high standard in all aspects of your work Accountability for your managed portfolio & ensure processes followed Achieve add-on services KPIs Following company processes from start to finish. Deliver company processes. Deliver Quality Standard Compliance checking/ensuring legalities & company processes are correctly adhered to.
