Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in the London Area, United Kingdom, for a Trainee Property Manager. The Trainee Property Manager will assist in managing properties by coordinating tenant communications, conducting inspections, overseeing property maintenance, and resolving tenant issues. Responsibilities include advertising properties, organizing viewings, preparing tenancy agreements, and ensuring legal compliance. The role involves working closely with a dedicated team to ensure high standards of tenant satisfaction and property management.

- Property Management: Basic understanding of tenancy agreements, conducting inspections, and legal compliance processes.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage tenant relations effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to manage tasks efficiently, schedule viewings, and coordinate maintenance activities.
- Customer Service: Commitment to providing outstanding service and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
- Proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office and management tools is advantageous.
- Proactive mindset and eagerness to learn on the job.
- Prior experience or education in property management or real estate is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of the London housing market is beneficial.
