Trainee Protection Adviser - Fareham

PRIMIS Mortgage Network is recruiting ambitious, driven sales professionals to join a high-performing Appointed Representative (AR) partner firm within its Mortgage & Protection Advisory network as Trainee Protection Advisers. All roles are office-based at the partner’s Fareham premises - home working is not available.

This award-winning network partner employs around 30 professionals, including Mortgage Advisers, Protection Advisers and General Insurance specialists, operating primarily from offices in Wolverhampton, Brighouse and Fareham.

You will join the Protection Sales Team, where full in-house training will be provided to support your development and success in the role.

About the Role

You will advise customers over the telephone on a range of protection products, including

Life Assurance Private Medical Insurance Business Protection General Insurance (e.g. Home Insurance)

All leads are provided, although additional earnings can be generated through self-generated business and customer referrals.

Earnings & Benefits

Employed role Base salary £25,000 plus commission Realistic earnings of £50,000 - £75,000+, with higher potential for top performers All advertised earnings are based on verified actuals from current employees

Working Hours

930am - 730pm (3 days per week) 930am - 600pm (1 day per week) 930am - 430pm (Friday) No weekend working
