MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in sampling operation.
- Recording of data into QC system.
- Inspection of bananas and pineapples (when trained).
- Working with other members of the QC team.
KEY SKILLS:
- Good numerical skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Conscientious and committed with an eye for detail.
- Computer literate, with a good working knowledge of MS Office.
- Ability to work on own initiative and in a team environment.
- The ideal candidate must be motivated, flexible and a good team player.

- Full-Time Hours – 40 hours per week.
- Hours of Work – 7.30am to 4.30pm from Monday to Friday.
- Reporting to the Quality Manager UK.
- The position will be based in Basingstoke, but some travel to other Fyffes locations within the UK will be required.
- The role involves lifting heavy boxes up to 23kg.
- Full training will be given.
- Some degree of flexibility will be required in terms of shift times and hours of work, in order to meet the demands of the business.
- This is a salaried, monthly paid position.
- This position is offered on UK local Terms and Conditions.
- This position is not eligible for relocation support.
- Short-listed candidates will be required to evidence their right to work in the UK and will need to meet such requirements before they commence employment.
