We're looking for ambitious, driven individuals to join Eurobase People as Trainee Recruitment Consultants and build a successful career within the fast paced world of IT & Technology recruitment.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Building relationships with candidates and clients within the Technology sector
- Learning how to source, engage, and attract high quality talent
- Developing your communication, negotiation, and sales skills
- Managing the recruitment process from initial conversation through to successful placement
- Building your own specialist market knowledge and professional network
- Working closely with experienced consultants and leaders to accelerate your development
- Progressing towards managing your own recruitment desk and client relationships
