Slightly smaller company of about 30 people, allowing you to feel a part of a team
Average fees hit £70k, with their top billers billing £800k
Working in the UK, Europe and US markets

Must have a 2:1 degree and BBB at A Levels

The Role Itself – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
Fast-paced sales role, aiming to match up your clients and candidates and make a placement
You will have to do a lot of cold calling, outreach, networking, advertising, consulting and negotiating
Do your own business development and source your own clients
Set up interviews
Negotiate deals
