Who We’re Looking For: We’re open to all experience levels – from rookies to senior consultants. No experience? No problem. If you’re driven, curious, and passionate about building relationships, we’ll teach you everything you need to know. Excellent communication and people skills Ambition and resilience A passion for success – both yours and your clients’ Willingness to learn and be part of a fast-moving team Sales or recruitment experience a plus (but not essential)

What You'll Be Doing: Building and managing your own client and candidate network Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle Working closely with clients to understand their needs Sourcing and qualifying top-tier talent Negotiating offers and closing placements Developing your niche within high-growth, high-demand markets
