The Role – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Winning new clients through business development
- Candidate sourcing
- Interviewing candidates and introducing them to your clients
- Managing the overall interview process
- Gathering market knowledge and becoming an expert in your area
- Working to exceed targets

The Ideal Candidate – Trainee Recruitment Consultant
- Recent graduate with a 2:1 or above
- Excelled in something (e.g., sport, music, drama, academics etc.)
- Confident, articulate, and humble
