55,000+ OTE IN YOUR FIRST YEAR | TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT | NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Most graduates and early-career professionals are told to expect years of hard work before seeing the rewards.

This isn't one of those opportunities.

We're looking for six ambitious individuals to join a market-leading legal recruitment firm, where your progression is determined by your performance, not your time served. With a £28,000 starting salary, realistic first-year earnings of £55,000+, and top performers already earning over £70,000 in year one, this is an opportunity for people who want more from their career.

THE COMPANY – TRAINEE RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

Established in 2007 by two industry-leading recruiters with over 35 years of combined experience, this specialist legal recruitment business partners with some of the world's most prestigious law firms, global banks, corporates and financial institutions.

The business is continuing to grow internationally, with plans to launch a US office within the next two years, creating exciting opportunities for ambitious individuals looking to build a global career.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
